The spirit of innovation carries over to the shop side of Myymälä2 which carries clothing, jewelry, books, comics, music, toys, among other things of an anomalous nature. The products are mostly local, and often handmade, appealing to those who want something no one else is going to have.
Ever since may 2010, the store has been undergoing some changes and is now called Pitkämies 2, and catered by Pitkämies comic shop. So naturally the focus is a bit more on comics and graphic novels. But friends of vinyl, silkscreened posters and punkzines won’t be disappointed as well
If you have made some painstakingly created yet decidedly uncommercial products yourself and you want to sell it at Pitkämies 2, please let me know pitkamies @ pitkamies.net. Anything made with heart and soul is welcome at the shop!
