He is a transmedia artist. He creates immersive archives exploring collective memetic history through narratives of memory, identity, violence, and conflict. He is a founder-member and the current artistic director of Museum of Impossible Forms; artistic producer at mcult Media Residency; as well as pursuing doctoral studies at the Contemporary Art Department at Aalto University. Though his research based practice, he attempts to understand how the narrative experience of Violence, Trauma and Pain are embodied, embedded and extended in the contexts of these meanings. He finds ways to confront the potency of a (post) conflict space in its basic vocabulary – to ensure narratives are not erased or rendered invisible.

For Myymälä2 he will present his work Narrating War. During several years of research, he has compiled a timeline of every war, battle, revolt, revolution, siege, sacking, rebellion, bombing & insurgency, from 3000 BC to the present. This ongoing database is the foundation of the project and forms the key ‘script’ for an ongoing multimedia performance-reading of this list.
