Combining elements that encircle the printmaking techniques used for the execution of this project, the artist aims to put on the table a tautology of her own perception of the concept of time. And more specifically, her experience of time through labor. Her purpose is to present a series of works that are first of all unique, and secondly self-reflective on their actual process of making – in particular how time is consumed in this process.
The project poses a different perspective on the uses of printmaking and addresses connections between the analog and the digital.
