We only deal with information that you give us and we keep that information until you tell us to get rid of it. We do not give your information to anyone unless you explicitly say that we must do so, and we limit the personnel who can see your information to the people who need to use it in order to send out our news letter, to send out our invoices, and to answer your questions about different and various matters concerning Myymälä2.

When signing up for our newsletter we only deal with your name and your email address. It is possible to sign up to our news letter by email, or by personally visiting our gallery. We store the paper version of our mailing list in a private location and the digital mailing list on a private computer.

When buying something from Myymälä2 osk. we deal with your name, your email and billing address. It is possible to buy things from us online by emailing us or by personally visiting our gallery.

In order to send out our newsletter we use MailChimp, and for our basic email communication we use two separate accounts, one that is hosted by Google, and one that like our website is hosted by Louhi.fi. Both of these will have some records that they keep from our communications and that information may or may not move across continents and the globe.

Our workers and interns are contractually held to not reveal your data.

We are currently working on encrypting your data and our servers.
